There are tons of tag fields that I don't use and I try to keep from
having those in my rips. I think cleaning up tagging is a good idea,
particularly finding these "orphan" tags (comp = 1 for only one track),
missing RG value, etc. etc.  mp3tag is excellent for this task as you
have found.
