At first it seemed that XMP is a Linux-only tool but it's actually open
source and can be compiled on Windows as well.
The sources can be found here:

I think it's legal to offer the compiled Windows EXE to anybody who
desires to have it and can't compile themselves. Just PN me if you want
it.
