This is an MPEG4 file. The usual issue is because when the files were
ripped, all the metadata & index is at the end of the file (I.e. only
one pass was needed for the rip).  This is OK for a file plbased player
but for a streaming based player - metadata & index have to be at the
starts (i.e. the player must know where audio data starts before it gets
the music data).

The usual way to fix it to use ffmpeg with the "-moveflag +faststart"  
either when ripping or afterwards to convert and exiting mpeg-4.
