Dear all, The RIS collector RRC13 hosted at MSK-IX, Moscow will be down for maintenance involving an OS upgrade.
Start: Monday June 23rd, 2025, 08:00 UTC End: Monday June 23rd, 2025, 16:00 UTC BGP sessions will go down and will re-establish once the maintenance is over. MRT files will not be produced. We would like to highlight that its hardware is no longer covered by warranty and that replacing failing parts on this server would be difficult due the sanctions currently applied to Russia. The upgrade process implies a slightly elevated risk of triggering a failure compared to normal runtime. RRC13 provides relevant insights into the state of BGP in Russia, and this is very valuable data for the community both inside and outside Russia. Kind regards, Marco Giuliani RIPE NCC
