The UnixLib conversion function treats anything it recognises as a full path
as not needing "/" to "." conversion.
fs::disc... is recognised as a full path
path:whatever isn't.
(which I agree is probably not "do what I mean" - there are very few real
unix directories containing ":" characters because of the colons use in
PATH and rcp/scp like commands, so thing:thing is probably RISC OS)
