I see no reason why webjames-style cannot be used with Perl, provided that
the perl script is specifically written to understand webjames-style.
The only thing WebJames uses dynamic areas for is the cache, and if it
fails to create a dynamic area it will use a malloc block instead, so
there should be no problem running under 3.1
