Peter's passing on May 16, 2026, was heartbreaking and has left a
profound void in our community. We apologize for not sharing this news
sooner. We are still coming to terms with this loss and considering how
best to honor Peter's legacy and carry forward his work.
A group of Peter's friends and fellow researchers is currently exploring
possible paths forward for the RISKS community. If you would like to
volunteer your time or contribute to this effort, please email

In the meantime, please be aware that the RISKS email list is not
currently being monitored, and no digests will be forthcoming until
further notice.
