I know it could at one point (the original Gracenote data retrieval format was identical with that used by FreeDB), but it's been years since I tried it. You should be aware that using Rivendell with Gracenote will violate a bunch of provisions of Gracenote's Terms of Use (like the requirement that their logo be displayed at all times whenever an active connection to their database exists). They have also been known to sue stations who broadcast their data as part of the PAD feed without their permission.
