Each RLM shipped as part of stock Rivendell has a accompanying configuration
file in the 'conf/' directory in the Rivendell sources
('/usr/share/doc/rivendell-<version>/' on Broadcast Appliance). Each file is
heavily commented and should tell you what you need to know to get the
respective plug-in working,
