you mighte able to use task scheduler in a windows environment.
I used it to start media player from a command line bat file to play a
specific playlist every morning at the same time.
if tonedet has a duration setting this might work or else might need a
second bat file to run as a second task to unload it at end time.
just downloaded it (tonedet) to have a look here.
