It's a general framework for automatically propagating Rivendell data (audio,
logs, etc) to/from Rivendell and some 'other system'. At present, only one
actual replicator has been implemented ('Citadel X-Digital Portal', used for
sending copy-split audio to an X-Digital satellite head-end). More are planned
for the future.
