The HTML pages are not the same thing as the web services. The HTML pages use the web services (by way of of POST requests to rdxport.cgi from what I've glanced in the HTML source). In your Riv sources folder under docs/web_api.odt is the full reference for all of the commands rdxport.cgi will accept.
