This is reproducible too. I create a short log, one song and one chain to, closed RD, set the clock to 5:50am, restarted RD and the two event log, watched it load the days log after the song finished about 5:54am. I then waited until the clock hit 5:59am and the timed make next marker, then the marker didn't start or the audio after it, and the timed next start timer up top just changed to counting down to the next marker at 6am, which did start at 6am. It appears RD is listening to my instructions about as often as my 7 year old at the moment :o)
