Hi Lee, Theres another open source program called Airtime that is completely web based. If you check out Google, its the first result in the list under "Airtime".
This software isn't anywhere near as flexible or feature rich as Rivendell which is why I don't use it but its the best web based system I've seen so it might be useful for you.
