Solved the problem!

Hosts have to be entered on the master server and the default service 
set for each one.

assuming that data is in SERVICES or SERVICE_PERMS

I have a dump that selects all the events unique to the service _PRE and 
_POST and CARTS plus  CUTS and GROUPS and SCHED_CODES

import that in and changes 'here' are changes 'there'.

This is when you really appreciate the power and flexibility of the design.
