Quite a few -- many new/changed phrases. At this stage, it's all still in flux, but when we go to beta it'll be time for the translators to go through the dictionaries again. One major focus during the port was to make all MySQL calls Unicode-clean. As a result, RD 3.x will be much more friendly in dealing with non-Latin character sets than past versions.
