We are using 1.7.1. I want to send to a Inovonics RDS encoder 192.168.10.249 port 10001.
I can telent and use the command dps=test to display on the rds. I entered dps=%t%r in the UDP string and enabled to transmit in the group settings. The RDS has a debug mode to show data addressed to it. I see no data. Do I need to load a RLM? How?
