Hi Alan I had a similar problem. I'm not sure if I can remember where the problem was, but I know I had a blank/space somewhere in a name. Problem was: only the top-of-the-hour element was included in the log and non of the music or jingle elements. I think it was the Service Name that had a blank in it: "WLR 24". I copied the settings to a new one and named it "WLR24" Now it woks like it should work.
