This bug has been a problem for us for a long time and I just figured out what is triggering the problem. We are a Spanish radio station. When we use a accented character in an event name or a clock then we get problems.
So first, if you have a clock and you want to make a change and you add an event that has a title with an accented character, after you save it and re-open it, most of the events of the clock have disappeared! This can be very frustrating. Also, if you rename a clock to a name with an accented character when you open it again, it comes up empty without any events. Also, accented characters used in names of events and clocks usually are not displayed right in rdlogmanager, they are displayed as ?? and not the accented character. I am surprised no one has had this problem. 1.7.X to 2.2.0 all have the bug. At least I know what the problem is now, instead of people coming to me saying I was editing the clocks and now they are almost all blank.
