RD gets a nice mention in the Dec 19 issue of Radio World newspaper, via John
Bisset's "Workbench" column (pg 18).

We loaded a disc onto a low-end, (very) low-resource Lenovo mini-desktop PC and
stuffed it inside an antique radio cabinet in the lobby of our offices. It's
playing round-the-clock Christmas tunes for the benefit of our front office
staff and visitors. Its pretty cool seeing the old radio come to life once
again.

Handicapped from the outset by such a feeble computer, RDAirplay has
nonetheless not missed a beat. It rotates and loads four music logs flawlessly,
maintains 11 hours of only Christmas tunes, and has not needed a reboot since
it was plugged in three weeks ago.

May all our station holiday issues be this effortless.
