check the tags if they are mp3's RD is very sensitive to garbage in tags and if your progs are sourced off site the editors may leave tags with junk in them.
I have a script which cleans out tags on some stuff I get which sufferes from this and sets tags based on the filename and nulls all the ones we don't have data for.
