When you backed up the database on the first machine... Was the
machine (Host) name the same machine name as the second machine? If it
wasn't you might have to add the hostname.

No, one was names air, the other utility, added utility, and the database did 
reappear, it is running under utility, I don't think it is running under air

When you restored the backup on the new machine... was rdlibrary
already open before the restore? If it was you'll have to close and
reopen before the new audio will appear.

Are the 2 computers running the same versions of Rivendell?

Is that a typo not putting a slash in the directory path? /media/Audio
is different from /media Audio

What I was actually trying to do was make a mirror of the studio air machine, 
that way I could work on updates here, and transfer them to the air machine in 
the studio... is that really possible?
