set the ad break up as an event or series of events which is an import
avail and create a text file which has

top
ad break [1-99]
tail
as many times as you need it across the day

rd log generate can automatically include the text file
there is a template in the docs which has the basic format although the log
import can be set up to read vulcan

consider http://hds.net/trafficlight.htm if you have plans to be slightly
big. It's not expensive and it works. Has to run on windows but will work
on a 20 year old box you can get from a dumpster.
