Talk start will set its self to immediately if you just set the talk end. I can see the reasoning with the talk markers at the end of the track. This would be confusing though if talent was watching the pie counter thinking it's counting down to segue, or talk, or how would you know which? If there's room for confusion, someone would find it.
I can't figure out what you were meaning by multiple segue markers for though.
