Hello list,
I used to send now & next data with the built-in UDP sender. But then I
read that it was better to use the rlm_udp. Indeed, it's better, asit
respects the "ON AIR" state of RDAirplay.
But here is the problem : when I have several carts in line that should
not send their now & next data (because their group does not transmit
it, as set in RDAdmin), only the first one sends a now & next with the
default cart. Thisbehavior is quite embarrassing. Any playing cart,
whether it is placed after another cart that already sent a default cart
in now & next info, should send metadata via the rlm_udp.
The behavior is different if I use the legacy UDP system. But of course,
I would like to stick to the new one.
Is this something that can be configured ? Is it normal ? Am I missing
something ?
