Hi Folks,
I'm unfortunately still battling with this one and still cannot generate
a report of what was actually played which is causing major headaches now!
So to recap:
rdadmin>Manage Reports:
Created a report here 'ActualPlayout'
Export Filter "Technical Playout Report"
Linux Export Path: /home/user/logs/playlist-%y%m%d.txt
Export event types: ALL
Export Events from: Traffic and Music
Include only onair events: YES
Source Services: Production
Source Hosts: Playout-server
(Linux path exists, and is writable by rivendell user, its actually
chmod 777 to be sure!)
RDLogmanager> Manage Reports
Select my service:
Choose Generate Reports. Select "ActualPlayout" and yesterdays date for
example and click "Generate Report"
Confirmation box "Report generated in /home/user/logs/playlist-130717.txt"
I check the file and it only contains:
Rivendell RDAirPlay Technical Playout Report for 07/17/2013
ActualPlayout -- Actual Playout for PalaceFM
--Time-- -Cart- Cut --Title---------------- A-Len N-Len --Host----
Srce StartedBy OnAir
So it seems its not creating events. Is there something I'm missing on
hooking things into "Onair" events for songs played or something?
Music is scheduled into a running order and played as normal through
rivendell, so all appears correct.
Help!
