Are you talking about the Group? I think by default if you are viewing All your audio groups in rdlibrary as opposed to viewing just the "MUSIC" group it will always default to the first group that you have alphabetically... when you create a new cart in rdlibrary. As far as I know back to the 1.xx versions of Rivendell... its always done that.
