[RDD] Imported cuts with no titles

At most of my statons, a file dropped into a dropbox shows up in Rivendell 
with a title such as "Imported from xyz.wav".

However, at the station where I am right now, cuts dropped into dropboxes 
show up with blank titles.

Does anyone know the setting that controls this behavior? I am running 
2.5.2 under Debian 6.
