Hey guys,
Not really a question more a statement. Recently I attended a massive scout
camp known as the Jamboree of the Air, these are held at different locations
all around the world and focus on communication via airwaves (primarily amateur
radio) but we also run a FM radio station that blasts over a series of speakers
around the campsite.
Naturally with me running the station it was all powered by Rivendell (Thank
you!)
One aspect of this station is that we roam the campsite with wireless mics
sometimes, which had always required one person to stay at the shack to hit
Start Next when the segment is finished.
This year I whipped up a little iPhone app to allow connection over the wifi
and to send RML commands to Rivendell.
Anyway, it's nothing glamorous but if anyone else has a use for this (given I
think I will use it once a year) I have popped it on the App Store
https://itunes.apple.com/au/app/rivendellrml/id727365803?mt=8
I would suggest you use Macro carts with it if you are going to use it
regularly. Also be careful of running out of wifi range! Happened to use at one
point :/

Regards,
Matt
