Ok problem solved, I am such a goose! There was nothing work with my
Rivendell setup or the Centos update... The only issue was that the
"Show only first 100" was enabled in the library :-) I guess that's what
happens when you update from an older version (1.7.2) and you don't pay
attention to the new features...
Still do have a question, can you use rddbcheck in version 2.5.3?

First 100 or so tracks out of 450 imported correctly the rest cant be
viewed in the library till you enter the cart number in the search
