Greetings, If I load any of the rlm modules in rdairplay for now and next data, ie udp or write to file, certain events in the log will cause rdairplay to crash. This is repeatable over and over , and it happens on the same log events. I have checked to make sure that these events don't have any weird characters in title or artist fields only other fields I am sending is group and duration.
I can use the built-in udp send in rdairplay no problem, but if I use write to file or udp rlm I get the crashes as stated. I had wanted to use the udp rlm because I have several servers I need to send to. Anyone else had rlm problems like this? Rdairplay just shuts down when this happens. very strange and I can't for the life of me figure out what is unusual about these log events that cause the crash. Funny thing is that I can manually insert the same cart (that causes the crash in the log) manually and no crash, so it would seem that it actually has something to do with the log itself. Thoughts?
