Dear Steve, Just wanted to chime in, I have tried this as well, in a very old version (1.5.2), and it doesn't appear to work correctly....
Can move them up but not down, may have been a pre-existing bug.... Here we use RDLOGEDIT to make changes to Logs , even on the fly, so we have never noticed it . Out of curiosity looking at the code now but maybe someone who knows this code better can quickly address if this is expected behavior or not (though I tend to think it's broken), and fix it if it's broke.......
