Headlines per hour with always 2 seconds of silence at the end. The
transition settings should be fixed to avoid this silence.

Segues are a cut-level feature, so every time audio in a cut is replaced, such
data is reset. Not a bug — it’s an intentional part of the design.
OTOH, if you’re merely *adding* an additional cut to an existing cart, segue
data in the other cuts should be unaffected.
