Hi (again) Owen,
RAAbuntu was build on an old version of Ubuntu and the project hasn't seen
any activity in a long time. I suggest while you are learning you don't run
any updates and just play with Rivendell.
I'm currently doing a lot with Rivendell on Ubuntu and am working on a step
by step guide to installing the latest Rivendell on newer versions of
Ubuntu. I'll also look at the scripts RAAbuntu uses to see if they can be
adapted to make a new LiveCD.
I'll post it to the mailing list when it's done.
