Thanks for the time and trouble in replying.

I decided to try this, as I haven't played around with the users section even though I've used Rivendell off and on for a few years previously.

I even went as far as changing everything back to the production service, backing up the database then dropping the old one and restoring the new with back to Production service instead of the one I was using. The Manage Reports showed the production service after the database drop before I did a database restore. As soon as I did a restore, even after changing every inch of things back to Production service name, no service shows up in Manager Reports again.

I think this may have been a bug of some sort back in the old version I'm using or something has gone a miss somewhere. I wiped off mysql and wiped it's contents off the drive and re-installed and setup mysql. That all worked well. As soon as I do a restore though service name gone from Manager Reports. Everything else has the service name showing just not in Manager Reports. So it's either a bad db file or bug - of which no doubt if it was one will be fixed since the 2 branch is way down the road now, even though I don't need any of the features of the 2 branch :o)

I will just have to stick with no report management until I can upgrade machines and to RD 2 once I get a new transmitter. I quite like those BW TX5's with there slimed down multi-band limiters in them. Just hope they never request a report which they currently don't for LPFM but I'm sopose to have the provision for one if ever requested. Paul is correct, composer and publish are required in the license terms here, and that's only the APRA side, not PPNZ.

Cheers,
Gavin.

Hello,

maybe log into rdadmin, and change the password for the user "user"?
Or better yet, create (always in rdadmin > manage users) a new user with a meaningful name, give it the password and rights you wish, and you should be there. The default login to rdadmin is admin, empty password (you might want to change that at a later stage before your system goes into production). (speaking from version 2.5.1 here, in case some things have changed in newer versions.) This wiki page could help clarifiying things: http://rivendell.tryphon.org/wiki/Users

Hope i helped.
