Hi Wayne, I ran into this once and it was an Apache thing.
If Apache is running on the local machine, make sure it is set up with the proper config file. If you are set to use Apache running on another machine, double check that the machine you are having the difficulty on can see the /var/snd folder and the needed permissions are all set and working. Also I ran into this once when the rdxport.cgi file lost its +s permissions. Might want to double check that. Of course if you make any changes to Apache it always helps to do a restart of the Apache in question.
