i response to peter, this is an "Aircheck" thrown together using rivendell 2.8 , the voicetracking setup we have discussed as well, The aircheck features a weather break, the song fades out and the dj launches the weather bed opener from the sound panel, which is backfed to the voicetracker, once the weather is done the dj activates the closer, the weather opener, voicetrack and closer are all on one AUDIO file when the voicetrack is recorded, the audio from the djs mic and from the sound panel arriving the same place, once the voicetrack airs it will be deleted, however the original bed files will still remain on the computer, The next break is a top hour break where the dj breaks in "live" to kickoff the next hour, once again using a sound panel jingle with a long ramp, the jingle ending up in the vt file Lastly we have a little jock patter with a music bed under the jock, and a closing jingle, Hop this helps everyone, this system is by no means perfect but we are getting there link to Aircheck here https://www.dropbox.com/s/hwo5q3hnqdaaknx/rivvt.mp3 _______________________________________________ Rivendell-dev mailing list [email protected] http://caspian.paravelsystems.com/mailman/listinfo/rivendell-dev
