You're trying to use two different (mutually exclusive) methods at the same time, and they are shooting each other in the head. RDAlsaConfig is used for direct ALSA (no JACK) setups. If you want to use JACK, then move everything in RDAlsaConfig to inactive, then restart the 'rivendell' service.
