Hi,
A test install of RDAppliance on an I5. When clicking the Edit Markers
window, it takes ~5s to bring up the outline of the window and buttons,
another ~5s to then draw the labels on the buttons etc. It will
eventually draw the waveform, and play the file, but the whole window is
ultra slow to respond to anything, and impossible to use normally, as is
the whole pc desktop. Shut the Edit Markers window, and everything is
immediately responsive and normal again. RDAirplay, LogEditor etc seem
to work normally so far, including the Voice Tracker which is very
responsive. Audio importing WAV/MPx files works ok. Tried
re-installing RDAppliance, and updating RD to 2.9.2 - same result.
On this pc, I then added Ubuntu 14.04.1 in a dual boot setup with
RDAppliance, and installed RDAppliance from the same DVD into a Ubuntu
VirtualBox. Edit Markers works perfectly in the VB.
