IIRC, the last time I was doing any traffic imports was under version 0.98 or somewhere thereabouts.
As far as I can tell, I have everything set up correctly. When I go to test the import, nothing happens. In RDLogManager, I generate a log for the day. I see that the traffic is available. I click to merge it and it gives me an indication that the merge was successful. RDLogedit shows no traffic events though. So, what is the simplest text file and traffic merge config that will work for initial testing / troubleshooting purposes? Let's suppose 6 digit cart numbers. Would a text file containing only cart numbers work? ( /home/rduser/testlog.log ) 000001 000004 000002 000003 000009 etc. Then in rdadmin->manage services->edit the service choose a custom import template Cart Number Offset: 0 Length 6 Everything else Offset: 0 Length: 0 set the linux import path ro /home/rduser/testlog.log Click the Test Traffic button. I was thinking such a minimalist setup might aid in troubleshooting.
