Traffic would likely only need the cart number, start time (as precise
as you can get, h,m,s, and Length, although the length should come from
the actual cart. The rest of the stuff might be useful for
reconciliation, but it certainly isn't needed to schedule a log!

Music, should only need cart number, and schedule time, and really only
as much to id the top of each scheduled hour. 

In both cases, title information, artist, and other information, though
usually provided by the external scheduler, will come from the Rivendell
cart.
