I can't answer for sure, but you may find that:

ALTER TABLE `SERVICES` ENGINE=MyISAM;

if you change the SERVICES table to use MyISAM then things will work ok.

Make your backup before trying this.

IIRC, I have been told on the lists that this should not be necessary any
longer, but it sometimes happens to me and this fixes things up for me.
