This wouldn’t be on CentOS 6 by any chance, would it? Their qt3-devel package
fails to list a couple of needed dependencies. Try doing:
yum install libSM-devel libXext-devel libXmu-devel libXt-devel
libXi-devel
and then run ‘configure’ again.
