I tried changing the Timeout from 300 to 1800 and restarted apache2, first
on the server, then on the client, but it made no difference. Both
machines are on the same local network.

One other thing I tried was to collapse the two tracks in the original
file to mono, which reduced the file size from 2.4GB to 1.2GB, but that
also did nothing. So, file size greater than or less than 2GB doesn't matter.
