I think I found it. The field that says username in the GUI did not want my account username. It wanted ‘source’, go figure.
Now I’m waiting for the DJ to finish his show so I can restart RDAirplay to reload the rlm_icecast2.conf file. I’ve changed the name in there as well. I’m thinking I’ll be good with the Now/Next metadata after that. Also, the http:// was required. Otherwise the status bar indicated it was looking locally for the server.
