Do you have your Rivendell Host configured properly? The Rivendell host needs to exactly match the actual hostname of your physical machine. So, if you called the machine "studio" when you installed Linux, then your Rivendell Host (RDAdmin/Manage Hosts) for that machine would have to be called studio, for everything to work.
