Well, I am still working on this. I can't seem to tell where the Apache files
should go. My rivendell Apache files are currently in /use/local/libexec. I
copied the rd-bin.conf to /etc/apache2 and edited it to point to
/use/local/libexec. Restarted Apache and no results. There isn't a conf.d
folder to put the rd-bin.conf file either as mentioned in some posts.
Previously I had the Apache rivendell stuff in /var/www and that didn't work
either. What is the proper location for ubuntu? It didn't work as setup for
Debian.
