Hi,
I think I'm not understanding what you want because you can already play
hooks from the panel just by changing the mode.
Assuming you have set the hook markers in rdlibrary just switch the Play
All button to Play Hook. When you activate songs on the panel it will
only play the hooks this way rather than the whole song.
