It was on every player/browser we tried at several different locations. But it appears one of my coworkers fixed it. Changed the samplerate of the encoder from 44100 to 48000.
Guess we can mark this issue fixed, but at least it's note in the archives for anyone down the road that had this problem. Matthew A.
