We just came to a scenario that happens here on occasion. Once in a while, the program people realize that we don't want the episode of a program that the day's log selected, we want a different one to play today but the log is loaded and playing on the air. Since I now have all the episodes of each type of teaching program/show as multiple cuts in one cart for each program/show so we can specify which one plays on a given day to keep sequence or other criteria, it doesn't seem possible to select which cut we play other than by dayparting in advance of generating a new log. Is there a way to edit an existing log that selected one cut of a cart but we want a different specific cut from that same cart? Neither drag and drop or cut and paste seem to work at this level. Am I missing something?
